Set apart. This is what "sanctify" means. From the very beginning, God set things apart. Light, darkness. Male, female. Six days, the seventh day. We choose to honor or ignore those distinctions and as a result, experience blessings or curses.
Our nation is under a curse. Blood is on our hands. Using the Guttmacher Institute numbers, Right to Life of Michigan estimates there have been more than 60 million induced abortions in the United States from 1973 through 2020. The annual leading cause of death in the U.S. is the intentional murder of the unborn. (Since this graphic is from 2017, it does not reflect the 394,621 deaths attributed to COVID-19 in the past year.)
"Abortion is the supreme moral issue of our day. Each day 4,000 human beings in their mothers’ wombs are murdered in the United States. Christians and Messianic Jews must rise up against this murderous practice. Christians must not support or vote for candidates who are pro-abortion. If you claim to be a Christian or a Messianic Jew and claim to follow God and His ways and if you vote for those who are sympathetic to and supportive of the murder of our children, I don’t want to have fellowship with you! The Word of God tells us not to associate with any so-called brother who claims to be a Christian if he is an immoral person. (See 1 Corinthians 5:9.) Being supportive of abortion/murder is the epitome of immorality!"
